Maria is a bilingual attorney (Spanish/English) from Colombia, an educator, and an executive consultant with over 18 years of strategic leadership in financial, tax, and legal management across the public and private sectors in Colombia, including Big Four firms (EY/PWC). Her background combines rigorous accounting, tax, and legal expertise with U.S. experience in financial regulation, credit capacity analysis, and commercial brokerage.
She holds a Master’s candidacy in International Taxation, Customs, and Foreign Trade, and is a Tax Law Specialist from Universidad Externado de Colombia. She also specializes in the Adversarial Criminal Justice System and completed Accounting Studies at Universidad El Bosque (2021).
Daniel is a U.S. native with multilingual fluency in English, Spanish, and Arabic, among other languages. He brings direct insight into the North American and international markets. His native background in American business culture enables him to align with the priorities, communication standards, and demands of global investors seeking to expand or safeguard their capital across both nations.
